Arthur & Co. accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition. For safety and hygiene reasons, used or lit candles cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us promptly at arthurandco@icloud.com. Each return or refund request will be reviewed after inspection of the returned item.

Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Arthur & Co. offers free shipping and hand delivery where available. Return arrangements will be handled directly with the customer.
